Service delivery

What was advertised on line and the end. Package that received was not worth the money I paid. Further to that the customer service is terrible when querying my delivery all I get told that my package will be delivered within 7-10 business days. I've ordered items last month way over the 7-10days and still received no positive feedback with regards to the delivery. These toys were ordered for my nieces birthday which is a few days away and still nothing literally a month has gone by and no delivery for the toys ordered
