Selling second hand products as new..

How could snatcher send me a second hand,used product?.bought one their gelblasters.product packaging was opened,incomplete,and was used before.the 3000 ***** that was advertised on box,was not included in box,and you could see that there was scuff marks and little broken pieces on the front of the product.we emailed them,still no reply.we were planning on buying another 20 of these,as it would be used for business purposes,rethinking that idea.if you phone them,they say,,email us,if you email them,there is no reply.dont understand these guys ethics.wont easily buy with confidence here again
