Selling products that only can be used for one year !

It is just very unfortunate that Snatcher are knowingly selling a product for about R 670 that requires an online subscription that is only valid for one year and cannot be renewed.

When asked how any consumer that has been misled into buying a product and expecting to use it for more more than one year they reply: 1. They only offer a 6 month warranty on defective goods 2. Returns can only be done within 7 days.

To me it sounds sounds like they are expecting/hoping the customer will buy a new product every year.
