Seek legal action you'll get results

Update from my last review. So after not getting my parcel and no refund i decided to seek legal action. I looked for tge ombudsman, logged an investigation with NCC (National Consumer Commission) and CGSO (Consumer Goods & Services Ombud) and behold I suddenly get communication from Snatcher and my money back. Unfortunately they still got took 15% of my money, which is part of the ****, they still make money off us with poor service. I guarantee had I not hounded Snatcher everyday with emails asking for my money, told them I'd seek legal action and preceeded with it I wouldn't have my money. My advice, don't do business with them, tell everyone you know not to, only trust delivery service you know, that guarantee a refund or safe and immediate cancelation of orders with NO FEES CHARGED, and please read reviews first before doing business. BUt for those that already lost money, continue to email them, make yourself a problem, seek legal action, tell them you have, that's the only way you'll get your money back.
