They are very ***********. I purchased from them yesterday morning,money got deducted from my account and they said it never go through on their side. Contacted my bank they said it's on pending on their side because they need to bank it. One of the consultants said I should give it until today so they payment department can sort it out. Got an email today stating payment not received. I am so tired of explaining the same thing to all of them that they need to bank it on their side and no one is able to help me!!!
