******* HIDING BEHIND ONLINE STORE: ALERT!!!

Buy from Snatcher Online "www.snatcher.co.za" at your own risk. This store advertise products that they do not have in stock everyday. Their good in advertising and glamorous website with **** rating to attract customers and **** them. After you order, there's no communication and when you contact them, they make promises and never deliver. Then after 2 weeks of making follow ups and getting irritated with customers enquiries, then they email their customers to inform them that they don't have stock while they promised that delivery it's on its way.

Every customer would expect to be refunded since they always make an excuse "read reviews on google ratings from customers (who have either received wrong orders, broken, none delivery, no refunds, no communication etc). Snatcher Online rating on their website are amended and deleted should a customer give true feedback about their bad service.

To date I have not received anything nor even my refund. Emails are ignored so as their calls.

This store needs to be off the market and be inspected to stop ******** customers and getting away with it.
