**** UNDELIVERED ORDER

I ordered a sim tray out of desperation since I couldn't find it anywhere else and I thought this company was within JHB(well according to the website I saw)this was in Oct 2022,till to date I have not received my order. At some point when I tracked my parcel it was on the way and suddenly returned to BUFFALO warehouse and they sent me a link to make a payment to them to have my parcel dispatched. I don't see why, because I have already paid for shipping to Snatcher. What's sad is that there are no refunds.****.****.****!
