Disappointing experience! Despite a local supplier, my order took more than 10 days to get to me. As it was a gift, the tardiness put me out of pocket. I did request updates to ensure delivery was on track, but the response was cut-and-paste and made me seem too stupid to read their FAQs. Horrible experience!
