*****S!!!!

I placed an order with Snatcher, waited forever for my order to arrive, then realized that they sent my order short, after contacting them, they said, they are out of stock, and will have to process a refund….needless to say, no further communication from them, and no refund was ever processed!!!….I’m very disappointed with their service, so I guess its safe to call them *****S!!!!
