Ruined my kid's birthday gift!!!

Dear Useless Snatcher!!!!

I purchased two watches for my kids from Snatcher on June 1, 2024, and today, July 1, 2024, I still haven't received them. The 18th of June was my daughter's sixth birthday, and she requested this. I messaged Snatcher, but all I got was a poor response. I'm extremely frustrated with Snatcher's lack of customer service. Their phones never seem to work, making it impossible to get in touch with them. To make matters worse, my daughter's birthday has already passed, and it's been a whole month, but they still haven't sent me the items. The agent I've been dealing with, Tashriek Rustin, has been completely ineffectual and shows no concern for my circumstance. All I get from them are generic, useless responses. Where are the managers for this company? Why don't they own up to their mistakes? People buy from Sheen and Tumu since our South African service providers are *********** and won't even phone their customers to fix problems. I want someone who will accept accountability for the inconveniences caused by their company and contact me. Dirk van Greuning needs to get off his highchair and do something about the terrible treatment of customers. Your actions ruined my child's birthday!!!

I want Dirk to call me or his senior not a useless person!
