Robot vacuum cleaner

The robot vacuum cleaner whenever it get contact with any object. It just stuck and start making noise. It didn't even take three days for it to start behaving like that. Now it is just a souvenir in my room. I contacted them, the said the alarm it's part of the vacuum whenever i stuck.

November 2020, i also bought the shoulder massage. It didn't take also for three days. The 2nd wheel were no longer rotating properly.
