i had ordered a solar lighting system in April 2022. it stopped working in July 2022, i logged a call and they replaced it on 20th July 2022. the replacement started giving me trouble from December 2022. i logged a call on 17th december 2022. they responded stating that there is nothing they can do about it as its over 6 months. but its only 5 months from July 2022 to December 2022.

6 months only ends on 20 January 2023.

they refuse to take it back or replace the item.
