Rino phone

I've made an order on the 4th for the rino phone but my payment did go through so my status shows awaiting payment with the order number..on the 8th I made a payment and the gave me a new order number..still waiting for my status to change for paid but nothing..I've tried to email them with no luck..they asked for proof of payment and I did sent it.
