Ridiculous from Snatcher

I have ordered twice before from them and had no issues however on the 14 March 2021 I placed an order, on 16 March I received an email stating that they are out of stock on the black and only have the white. I had no problem so I rep**** with no problem. By the 18th I tried to call asking for feedback on the order but the call kept dropping then I sent an email requesting any sort of feedback. On the 19th I received an email stating that my order is on its way to a totally different address and I had call the courier to send it to the correct address.

Now I will only receive my order next week sometime which will be more than week since I ordered. I am not satisfied with the lack of feedback, the way you wanted to deliver to the total incorrect address and this long waiting period for my order
