Reviewing items purchased

I have ordered from snatcher twice. The first time I ordered, I had received all my products but I have to admit, I did get a little too excited and did not check the products properly so I was a little underwhelmed when I received my items. I had ordered a neck massager and expected it to be relatively heavy duty but it was tiny and did not help to relieve any pain. The second time I ordered 3 items and only received 2! I was quite disappointed in Snatcher because I had to be the one to contact them to let them know I did not receive my item, only for them to respond a few days later saying that they did not have stock. They did try to make up for it by offering me the option between a refund or store credit, but I will be wary when purchasing from them in the future.
