Returns will cost you!

I placed a fair sized order on August 8. You pay shipping no matter how much you buy for. Not much communication from Snatcher after the order was placed, only one order confirmation. I had to follow up constantly. Received the order the 18th, a guy hooting at the gate, not even a phone call. The smart watch does not work, returning a product is a cluster, and works out expensive for the client. I'm not really happy with this site, I don't see myself supporting them again.
