Returning Item leaves customer out of pocket

I purchased a universal laptop charger from them. When I received the item none of the extensions worked on my laptop.

I contacted them to find out how to return the item. I had to email a few time before I received a reply. Linda Ndlovu rep**** and said I should return it in order for them to refund me. No return address provided. I had to email them again to get the address.

Below is the breakdown of the cost I have incurred:

Items price : R 119.00 Shipping price : R 79.00 Courier costs to return the item to Snatcher: R 185.00 Total price : R 383.00

They only refunded me with R168.03. Leaving me out of pocket with an amount of R214.97.

I will never order anything from Snatcher again. I have tried to unsubscribe from their newsletter 3 times with no luck.

No customer services!!!!
