Return process nightmare, Attrocious customer service, They take your money and provide junk!

I had purchased a few items from Snatcher and received a faulty item. I had requested for it to be collected as per their return policy. The item was packaged and waiting to be collected. No collection... I was then told that the item will be replaced when the supplier sends a replacement, Nothing was sent!... I have asked for a refund and was told it was escalated to finance, No refund! I have been emailing support several times only to waste my time as no response was received. I started the process again and received a new reference number and still have not heard a word from this company.

I had purchased from here previously and thought let's check them out again, What a huge mistake. Customer service is pathetic. Some of the products received are flimsy and poor quality yet I kept them and only complained about the faulty item received. I am beyond peeved at this point. I have to keep on sending emails hoping that they would give me some sort of feedback. I only chose to write this after finally accepting that they are not going to do anything and that they are basically ******* that gave me junk and stole my money. I would give you zero stars if that was an option.

Pathetic!
