Return Policy Problem

We bought two hover boards. Delivered on time. The one is 100% but the other one arrived without a remote, the battery only lasts +/- 30 minutes and has faulty stabilizers. Upon request to get the second one replaced, we were informed, a week after our enquiry this item is not covered for returns but only for repair. This is inconsistent with the return policy they offered. After 10 days it was still not collected. Be careful ordering from them because replacing is not an option with them!!!
