Return miscommunication headache
Ordered powerbanks at snatcher and they were not working. I complained and requested a return which was supposed to happen before the 21 days of lockdown. With the lockdown eased from 1 May, 2 more powerbanks were delivered instead of the other 2 collected. Wrote emails and sent Facebook messages but none are being answered
