Replacement of socks and the great service I received from them

I ordered and my parcel came and it was faulty. I sent them a message and immediately was told that they are sending a replacement at no charge to me. So yes, this was my first order and I have bought another 2 items after that that I was very satisfied with. So now with them replacing the faulty one I must say it is just great to get such service. I will continue shopping at Snatcher in the future. Thanks for all Snatcher!!
