Replacement not honored

Terrible pathetic service! The item delivered was not the item I ordered. Contacted customer service with proof of the design being incorrect and asked for a replacement with the correct design. Get a response saying the item I ordered was correct. Absolute nonsense. They didn't even bother reviewing my mail reflecting the details. Last time I shop there. Rather stick to the pros like takealot. Cheap is not always good.
