Replacement item not delivered and no one is answering / responding (Order: SNT77033)

I bought a few items from Snatcher online in April 2021, and recently one of the items (kettle) broke down. On 28 September I reported the matter to snatcher and the item was subsequently collected on 04 October 2021.

I have been waiting for the replacement item for over two weeks. Just the inconvenience of not having a kettle for that long.

I have contacted Snatcher ( they no longer take calls), I have emailed numerous times, completed the form on their website numerous time and even made contact on twitter where I was ignored.
