REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH SNATCHER (********)

Purchased an item in November 2022, no communication from them. On enquiring was told item is not in stock and will be refunded. To date 25 January 2023, still haven’t received the refund. All I get told via email is that it’s with the accounts department and will take 7-14 days. Useless consultants, Useless company. The name says it all “Snatcher” want to take it away for FREE. ********
