Refuse to refund me
I have been waiting for my refund since the 18 of August, by then the SLA of seven working days had passed, they claimed to have a high backlog but i haven't received my refund till today.
I am not sure what to do at this point as the agents don't reply am starting to think Snatcher is a **** when it comes to returns
