REFUNDS -TERRIBLE

SHOCKING SERVICE! placed an order on the 13/02/23 12days later I sent them an email to find out where is my order only to be told they don't have stock and cancelled my order & will refund me. Today is the 16th March and I am still waiting for my refund they have found all excuses not to refund! they ignore my emails and you are unable to contact them via telephone BE WARNED!!
