****! Refunds not paid

A **** that needs to be reported to the Ombudsman! Do not order from them. It's been over 3 weeks and a refund that was supposed to be paid within 7 days is still not processed and they are no longer responding to my emails. Their online system rejects a payment, you then authorise another payment only to wake up to duplicate payments and they refuse to process a refund! Never again.
