REFUNDS EXPERIENCING EXCESSIVE BACKLOG

Placed an order 4 Jan2024, only received order 16 Jan2024. Totaling an amount of R3 864.98, with no prior communication discovered that i had not received one of the items i ordered, contacted their Customer Service "Oooh sorry we no longer are able to get said item, but we can give you a store voucher or a refund" I opted for a refund so that i could source the item else where . Well today we are on Business day 18 and i have still not received said refund, the excuse we are experiencing an excessive backlog with refunds. This is pathetic service, so besides the 1-12 days it takes to deliver the items ordered i have now had to wait an additional 18 days for a refund, which i was not even made aware that they could not fulfill my order 100%.
