Refunds don't get processed

How am I still waiting for a refund that was supposedly processed on the 8th of May 2024 with it being the 31st of May 2024 today? I have been promised that the refund would processed with urgency. It's obvious to me that you don't know urgency at all. Instead people's refunds don't get given! It was supposedly going to take 7 days! This is terrible and I'll never recommendanyone use this site! Instead you waste time giving ridiculous and cliche auto responses. I want my money back!
