Refund policy sucks!!!!
Took very long to deliver Wrist band I ordered for my watch did not fit. Name for band and watch is a match, but band does not fit. Tried to return it for a refund, but "As per snatcher policy customers are liable to return unwanted items. A handling fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund price". So make sure you are happy with their policy, before you order anything! Even if it is their mistake, you will still be liable for courier fees to return product and loose 15%.
