Refund not received. Unacceptable..

I bought a product on the 1st of June and was only informed weeks later that it was out of stock. I then immediately asked for a refund. I have received numerous emails informing me that the refund has been processed and I will receive my money in a 'few days time.' I am still waiting for my refund till today, more than two months later. This is entirely unacceptable and the level of lies from this company is unbelievable. I am constantly following up but I'm not getting any response. Pathetic customer care.
