Refund not received
Their email seems to be disabled and they seem to be a deregistered company that is in the process of liquidation. The founder and directors Dirk and Heidi van Greuning

Furthermore perhaps the company should look into why when a general google search is done on the company it comes up that it’s in the process of liquidation as at 2 June 2023. A search that was done because said company makes it nearly impossible for their customers to reach them privately to the point where customers have to go on the internet searching for alternative ways to reach the company. Contact number provided has an automated message telling you to email, then you email you are met with a Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender notification due to the email account being disabled.
Furthermore perhaps the company should look into why when a general google search is done on the company it comes up that it’s in the process of liquidation as at 2 June 2023.
