Refund not processed

I placed an order (374652) on the 11 April 2024 ,I ordered three items a day before delivery I was told that they don't have stock of the mini stepper . I was given option of credit or refund , I chose refund on the 26 April a sent my banking details - I was told it takes 7 days for them to process it. today is the 14 May 2024 @ 11:11 am- still except being told that the accounts department has a backlog . I have spoke to Dorothy , Tashriek Rustin and their only response is that , they have escalated my query. They don't bother to call the client to update . i have depleted my airtime trying to call them than i get cut off .
