Refund not paid since 15 August 2022

Hi I want my refund ASAP Re: Return Contact Form Submission [#***] I have emailed all my banking details to date i have not received feedback the next step is going to report your appalling service to HelloPeter.

I have been taken from pillar to post and to date my refund has not been paid. This is the worst online store ever, you are quick to take your money when we purchace but when i send you the faulty item you took it back and promised to refund me to date i have not received my money. No phonecall and no email DISGUSTING SERVICE !!!
