Refund not paid by SNATCHER ONLINE

I ordered items from snatcher online, the delivery took forever,no updates whatsoever, when the items arrived one item was missing,these ****mers failed to communicate that my item was out of stock,its taking me months trying to get my refund they keep saying they are working on it, I will never recommend SNATCHER ONLINE to anyone , they are unprofessional !!!
