Refund not given by Snatcher

I have been waiting for a refund of my order that Snatcher could not complete because they don't have stock for over a month now. I have been told that my refund would have a 7 days turnaround time, but low and behold, more than a month later and still no refund. I will never, ever order from them again and I will never ever recommend them to anyone!!! Stay away from them!!! They are *******!!!
