Refund not being refunded to me... Feeling ******!!

I ordered a cutlery tray from snatcher which unfortunately was too big for my drawer at home.

I organised for a collection and I drove to snatcher myself to deliver the tray. I met up with Tumelo who received the tray from me and as well as agreed that it was in good condition.

Tumelo then agreed that they would refund me my money. I emailed Snatcher on Monday specifically Thando in regards to this and asked if everything is still in order. I have not received a refund, I have not received a reply on my emails and neither are any of the staff members answering their calls when I try to call and confirm everything...

Have I been ****** by Snatcher and the staff?

Please can someone assist me with regards to this... I really am hoping someone gets back to me
