REFUND NOT ACTIONED!!!!!!

Purchased a 2-in-1 Electric Mosquito Swatter - USB Rechargeable item but Snatcher advised this item is discontinued on 6th March 2024. I requested a refund, provided my banking details as requested. To date no refund. Logged a complaint with the Consumer Goods and Services Ombudsman.
