Refund Mess..

Please be careful when purchasing on a sale from this place. They take your money and then dont process the order due to the items being out of stock. It has now been over a month since this happened to me and I am yet to receive my refund. Their customer care people have ZERO interests in replying to emails or even assisting. There is no telephone number to call and when you ask for management email addresses, you get ignored. Andile Mncube is by far THE most unprofessional person I have ever encountered and will not answer emails or provide feedback. I have to literally beg every second day for feedback and for MY money which they took. They seem to be doing this often if their accounts department is so busy and cant process a refund in a short turn around time. They will take your money and make you beg them for it as if you are owing them.!
