REFUND ME-Worst service ever

I wouldn't recommend Snatcher to anyone, I ordered 2 items and 2 weeks later while awaiting the order I was notified that the other item is not available. I requested a refund- I was communicating via emails with their procurement coordinator by the name of Siphesihle Mntambo who advised that the turn up time for refunds are between 1- 7 days , 16 days later I sent an email for follow to no avail. I REGRET WHY I CHOSE THIS ONLINE PURCHASE- TAKEALOT NEVER DISSAPOINTED ME. My purchase went through successfully but when they have to refund me its a different story- *********** with deliveries that takes longer-
