REFUND LONG OVERDUE

I am still waiting on my refund which is long overdue. There response to email seem automated. I have given them sufficient notice that I wanted my order cancelled and still waiting for my FULL refund

They been escalating my refund query since 19/10 and each time they apologize for the inconvenience, it s really not acceptable. Snatcher is absolutely the worst when it comes to customer service and they are doing nothing to improve their services. I will give them another 48 hours to see if I going to be refunded

Reviewer Update
So funds was going to be released on Friday and to date nothing, this company are taking us for a ride. I have reported this matter to CPA and let them handle it going forward.
