Refund from snatcher

Good day, I'm writing my reviews because of warning others about snatcher online they don't want to refund me my money I bought a airfryer online last month no contact or message nothing,i tried to send messages and emails several times nothing. Please help me hellopeter i don't want this thing happens to my relatives or friends.Thank you
