REFUND FOR AN ORDER MADE IN JUNE 2024!!!
I'm writing to express my frustration with your service. On 21 June 2024, we purchased two bicycles for my son's birthday, expecting delivery within the 14-day lead time. However, the bicycles never arrived. We decided to cancel our order, but even after numerous follow-ups and submitting all required documents, we have yet to receive our refund. Today is 7 August 2024, and this issue remains unresolved. Please process people's refund immediately!!! If you are UNABLE to run your operations effectively, you should consider SHUTTING DOWN and stop ****ming us!!!!!
