Refund due over a month and still not in my account
I have been waiting for my refund over a month now. At first it was stated 7 days, when I followed up about 10 days later, I was told that it was marked with urgency. Now it's been over a month and I have yet to receive my refund. A simple refund can not take this long unless Snatcher is swamped with doing refunds and if that is the case they must be something very wrong with their business if they have so many refunds to process.
I want my money that Snatcher took and that is just for the 1 order not even talking about the other

03 Jan 2024, 08:11Nope it was not done to Payflex, contacted them and absolutely no refund was processed you know why... because we paid it via EFT (Capitec) so how can you refund it to Payflex that's impossible! And even if I paid with payflex that refund has been due so long my Payflex would be paid up already in any case

03 Jan 2024, 08:30Now Snatcher responds with a private message saying money was refunded to Payflex, yet Payflex says absolutely not, do you know why Snatcher because I also know for a fact I was doing unnecessary enquiry to Payflex BECAUSE that specific order was paid via EFT(bank account) not Payflex account. Snatcher you are trying to🐂 💩Once last year Snatcher also came with the story that they refunded it to my Payflex account, days went by when I finally contacted Payflex they said no such refund was processedfrom Snatcher, then I had to contact Snatcher yet again and the responsecane days laterthey will look into it. Snatcher is a ******* business when it comesto refundsrespecially I have read numerous complaints on different social media platforms! So Snatcher stop giving me the run around and give my money due weeks ago
