Refund due

I paid for an order on the 11th December. They came back to me saying that they cannot fulfil my order. Would I like a voucher or a refund. I opted for the refund. Sent them my banking details and was told the refund will be done . It is now the 26th January 2024 and I still have not received my refund . I have emailed them twice already and the same reply they are on it and it does take time . This is not acceptable. I had a refund also from takealot and I had my refund within 5 days. This is not acceptable . I need my refund urgently.
