Refund dispute.

We have ordered two units of 5G TV box on 6 November 2023, which we later figured out were out of stock. By 23 November 2023 the stock was still not available and we therefore cancelled our order. Upon request for cancellation we have requested a refund by EFT, and sent several corresponding emails to enquire about the status of refund. As at today 11 December 2023 we have still not received the refund and the reason stated that there is a backlog with refunds? This is completely unacceptable and you have lost me as your recurring customer.
