Refund

I purchased privacy glass film on the 27 March 24 on snatcher waited for two weeks with no update finally wrote email of which they responded after two weeks informing me they can’t deliver my item I then requested refund on the 19 April 24 to date haven’t received my refund again wrote another email they keep saying they have elevated it to their accounts department. Their service is bad and they have poor communication you can’t get hold of them on the number they have on their website.
