REFUND

ORDER NO #274833 - I sent this order back due to very bad quality of the product. I followed the correct procedure, and it was said that all is good I would be getting my refund. This was in mid May. After numerous emails back & forth, bearing in mind that your replies are computer generated, I still have no refund. The computer generated email just keeps saying DUE TO A TECHNICAL PROBLEM BLAH BLAH BLAH 2-5 DAYS. I am a pensioner and I need my refund ASAP. Please could someone physically contact me.
