Refund "backlog"- what an EXCUSE!

Snatcher- What an UNPLEASURABLE experience supporting them. Nearly 2 and a half months since requesting a refund and still I HAVE NOT seen a CENT!! Multiple EMPTY promises, with emails as proof, is all they have to offer. Snatcher should reconsider their write up on their values and refund policies-you are UNACCOUNTABLE and your policies need attention as you neglect to mention the lengthy process and time it takes to refund your customers. Snatcher CLEARLY does not deem their customers as a priority. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND you rethink supporting them.
