Refund

I placed an order on August 15, 2022, only to be told the next day that they no longer had it in stock and offered me a refund. I've been waiting for the refund ever since. I now want to buy somewhere else, but I can't because they have my money. I'm at a loss for what to do because I desperately need my money.
